Silky Bigboy Straight Blade Folding Saws are the largest of Silky folding saw models. Constructed with proprietary Silky MIRAI-ME (Smooth Cutting) technology, the precision-ground, razor sharp blade has four cutting angles along the length of the blade and provides fast, clean and smooth cutting action. Also well-balanced, the long, taper-ground blade with an impulse-hardened, non-set tooth design provides extended working reach, faster cutting and handles large limbs and small trunks with no effort. The non-slip two-handed rubberized cushioned handle provides a sure and comfortable grip even in the most difficult operating conditions. It is an ideal multi-purpose folding saw suitable for pruning, cutting green wood as well as dry, hard wood. Silky Bigboy Straight Blade Folding Saws offer exceptional design, strength, balance and superior finish quality and are available in four teeth sizes/configurations (tpi - teeth per inch): 5.5 tpi an Extra Large/Coarse (pruning, green wood), 6 tpi - Large/Coarse (pruning, green wood), 8.5 tpi - Medium (soft wood), and 11 tpi - Fine (hard wood, bamboo). Each BIGBOY has a color-coded handle associated with the teeth configuration: Yellow an Extra Large, Red - Large teeth, Black - Medium teeth, and Blue - Fine teeth. Comes in a blister pack.
