Silky Tsurugi Straight Blade Saws are unique tree saws that utilize advanced materials and blade grinding techniques to deliver a durable, super slender “spine of teeth,” designed to cut hard-to-soft wood, even in tight quarters. The Silky Tsurugi Straight Blade Saw, perhaps the lightest weight, best balanced “big saw” ever produced, has no handle screws, nuts or extraneous hardware to keep it together; instead the comfortable, two-part rubber grip is connected by an ingenious integration with the blade tang. In addition, each Silky Tsurugi Straight Blade Saw comes in a unique aluminum scabbard that can be attached to the belt or leg depending on the user’s preference and has eight rollers protecting the entryway and a custom plastic sheath with a belt clip is included as well. Available with large teeth ( 6.8 teeth per inch) or medium teeth (8.5 teeth per inch) in blade lengths: 7.87 inch (200mm), 11.81 inch (300mm) and 15.75 inch (400mm). Made in Japan.
